Norm Rentschler

Hi there! I'm Norm Rentschler, your human development coach with more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing leadership, organizational, and professional development training and growth initiatives. My journey is influenced by an unique blend of experience including a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development, discipline influence from over 25 years of military service, personal development, and a dedication to serving with youth in church and community organizations.
I received initial coaching certification through Two Roads Leadership (2RL) International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program as a Level 2 Coach, Mentor Coach, Advanced Coach, and ICF Associate Certified Coach. I also volunteer as a coach trainer and mentor/coach to teenagers and young adults with BeSomeone.
My wife and I have been happily married for over 23 years and we have seven children. I strive to be and to develop the kinds of leaders I would want my own children to have. I'm constantly looking for ways to inspire and uplift those around me. Through coaching, I assist individuals in navigating life's complexities, connecting with their true aspirations for excellence, and finding the courage to take impactful steps toward their goals.
